Personal Documents
- CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
- NTN (National Tax Number) certificate
- Previous year tax return (if filing as a repeat filer)
Income Documents
- Salary slips for all 12 months (or Form-12 for each quarter)
- Bank statements for all accounts (saving and current)
- Proof of profit on saving accounts (bank certificate or statement)
- Rental agreement and rent receipts if you own rental property
- Freelance income records (PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfers)
- Dividend certificates from shares or mutual funds
- Capital gains statements from stock brokers
Deduction and Investment Documents
- Zakat deduction certificates from banks
- Charitable donation receipts (must be from FBR-approved organizations)
- Life insurance premium receipts
- Medical insurance premium receipts
- Education fee receipts for children
- Provident fund contribution statements

Property and Asset Documents
- Property ownership documents (all properties owned)
